Thank you for choosing Ready Set Grow Preschool & Childcare, a licensed preschool & day care center in Bountiful, UT.
When you come to register your child, we will need a copy of your child's immunization record, and $35 for the registration fee.
We will give you a copy of the Parent Policy Handbook, and have you fill out a health profile, a list of emergency contacts, a release form, and your contract for childcare time. (The forms are also available through the links below.)
Note: We transport to/from Bountiful, Hannah Holbrook, Tolman, Valley View, Washington, Oak Hills, and Meadowbrook. We transport to and from Muir mornings and afterschool only, no kindergarten mid-day transport.
